Santhosh is associated with Pharmaceutical industry for more than 2 decades, he was heading Projects department as Associate Vice President at corporate when he left Strides Arcolab Ltd in 2014 to become part of Green Leap founded by professionals from Pharmaceutical industry. He had global exposure in setting up pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and R&D centres for all kinds of formulations and API including oncology.
During the course of his career, he independently shouldered the responsibility of setting up plants in India and overseas, in countries like Mexico, Brazil, Poland, Singapore and Malaysia. He successfully handled the responsibility of building more than 20 manufacturing facilities complying to USFDA, MHRA, TGA, ANIVIA and KFDA requirements.
His hands-on experience in handling projects from concept to commissioning helped Green Leap grow as a competent solution provider. Santhosh led design & execution teams as Chief Technical Officer at Green Leap from inception of the company in 2014. He was the key force for successfully delivering all the projects to customers on time, exceeding their expectations in terms of quality. Santhosh is the Executive Director & CEO of Green Leap Projects.
Kumar has more than two decades of experience in pharmaceutical industry, he worked with Strides Arcolab Ltd for about 16 years. He was responsible for plant Engineering services & EHS as Associate Vice President. He was also part of core project team at Strides and played a key role in setting up more than 15 facilities covering sterile manufacturing plants, oral solid dosage manufacturing plants, R&D centres and corporate offices. Majority of the plants are Sterile manufacturing facilities.
Kumar has hands on experience in maintaining manufacturing facilities, ensuring regulatory & statutory compliance, team building and leading the teams during regulatory inspections. He has expertise in defining & implementing process & building automation systems. He played a key role in obtaining approval from USFDA, MHRA, TGA, ANVIS and KFDA during his tenure at Strides.
Kumar handles strategy development, finance and people management at Green Leap Projects. He led Green Leap Projects as CEO from its inception in 2014, laid strong foundation and also focused on diversification. He also heads Greenleap Leisure Pvt Ltd as Managing Director and represents Green Leap Projects on the board of Mactus Automation Pvt Ltd as Director.
Balaji has more than 1.5 decades of experience in pharmaceutical industry, he was associated with Cipla Limited and Strides Arcolab Ltd prior to joining Green Leap Projects. He is a mechanical engineer having experience in both API & Formulation projects and engineering.
He is an experienced Project manager with a proven track record in delivering multiple projects. He has expertise in HVAC, mechanical piping, utilities and EHS. He has vast experience in ensuring GMP and statutory compliance including preparing & facing audits from regulatory bodies like USFDA, MHRA, TGA, ANVISA etc.
He is associated with Green Leap projects from the inception and handles project planning and procurement activities as a General Manager.
A mechanical engineer with around 1.5 decades of experience in designing of HVAC systems and modular clean rooms for critical applications like manufacturing of chemical, food processing, pharmaceuticals and electronics. He has successfully handled design, planning and execution of many greenfield and brownfield projects including some projects overseas.
He has expertise in Gap Analysis of HVAC system and recommending and implementing remediation plan to make the system compliant with latest regulatory requirements. He has hands on experience in designing the systems to meet the expectations of latest regulatory requirements and selection of equipment and automation for HVAC (BMS).
He is associated with Green Lap Projects since 2015.
Vinay is an Electrical engineer with around 1.5 decades of experience in project planning, execution and commissioning. He has varied experience of working with industries like Infrastructure, Refineries, Pharmaceuticals and Electrical substations. Prior to joining Green Leap Projects in 2015, he worked with companies like Adarsh Developers and L&T.
Vinay's technical and engineering capabilities include end-to-end engineering, setting up facilities for manufacturing including Oncology, QC Lab, R&D Lab, FD (Analytical Labs & Early-Stage Development Labs).
Vinay has expertise in designing of complete electrical installation, Low Voltage Systems and Building management system for industries and planning for refurbishing of facilities.
Ashok is a mechanical engineer with around 1.5 decades of experience in building facilities for Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology and Science & Technology sector. Worked in different roles and acquired the ability to handle complete turnkey projects. Successfully completed multiple projects in sterile & OSD formulations, API, R&D labs and office spaces.
Ashok joined Green Leap Projects in 2018 and responsible for leading Project planning, project management and project execution and to ensure on time delivery of projects. He has expertise in coordinating with internal resources, customers and vendors for the flawless execution.
