During the course of their careers, the core management team has led teams in building more than 20 facilities across the globe for manufacturing various kinds of pharmaceutical formulations including oncology. Majority of them are sterile manufacturing units. These facilities also include one of the largest in the world for manufacturing of soft gelatine capsules. They have played anchor roles in obtaining regulatory approvals from US FDA, MHRA, TGA, ANVISA & KFDA. They had the opportunity to work with teams of 5 of the top 10 Pharmaceutical companies in the world for audits & compliance & have successfully faced more than 100 GMP inspections & EHS audits from customers.
The management team's hands on experience in building plants, maintaining facilities & ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements gives them confidence to think of plants with an integrated view, merging boundaries, adopting new technologies & applying new paradigms to the processes & manufacturing practices.
